In the following sections you will find the protocols disposed by Region Tuscany for touristic activities or activities connected with tourism.

They may be subject to changes, according to Regional ordinances. Please, frequently check this page to get current and correct information.

Restaurants

These guide lines apply to all types of activity, such as restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, self-service restaurants, bars, pubs, patisseries, ice cream parlors, rotisseries (even if located inside accommodation facilities, beach resorts or shopping centers), as well as to catering activities.

Provide for adequate information on prevention measures, understandable also for customers of other nationalities.

Body temperature may be detected, preventing access in case of a temperature> 37.5 ° C.

It is necessary to make sanitizing products available to customers and staff in different points of the place, in particular at the entrance and near the toilets, which must be cleaned several times a day.

Eliminate the availability of magazines and informative materials.

The interpersonal safety distance for the prevention of infection by COVID-19 is 1 meter. Where possible, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1.8 meters.

In the business activities that have seats, access by booking must be privileged and it’s compulsory to keep the list of subjects who have booked for a period of 14 days. In these activities, there may not be inside the room more customers than the number of seats.

In the business activities that do not have seats, entrance must be allowed to a limited number of customers at a time, according to the characteristics of the place, so as to guarantee at least 1 meter of distance between customers.

Where possible, must be privileged the usage of outdoor spaces (gardens, terraces, stalls), always respecting the spacing of at least 1 meter.

Tables must be arranged so that the seats guarantee the interpersonal distancing of at least 1 meter of separation between the clients, with the exception of people who, according to the current provisions, are not subject to interpersonal distancing; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility. This distance can only be reduced by using physical barriers suitable for preventing contagion by droplet.

Purchase at the counter is allowed only if the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between customers can be ensured, with the exception of people who, according to current provisions, are not subject to interpersonal distancing; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility.

It is possible to organize buffets only served by the staff, excluding the possibility for guests to touch food and providing in any case, for guests and staff, the obligation to maintain distance and the obligation to use the protection mask. Self-service buffets may possibly be allowed exclusively with single-dose packaged products. In particular, the distribution of food must take place so as to avoid gatherings also through a reorganization of the spaces in relation to the size of the premises. Suitable measures must also be assessed (e.g. ground signs, barriers, etc.) to ensure the interpersonal spacing of at least one meter during the access to the buffet.

The staff in contact with customers must use masks and must carry out frequent hand hygiene with hydro-alcoholic solutions (before each table service).

Promote the exchange of air indoors. Due to the crowding and the residence time of the occupants, the systems must be verified in order to ensure the adequacy of external air flows according to current regulations. In any case, the crowding must be related to the actual external air flow rates. For air conditioning systems, it is mandatory, if technically possible, to totally exclude the air recirculation function. In any case, measures for the exchange of natural air must be further strengthened and / or through the system, and the cleanliness of the recirculating air filters to maintain the adequate filtration / removal levels must be guaranteed. If technically possible, the filtering capacity of the recirculation must be increased, by replacing the existing filters with higher class filters, ensuring that the flow rates are maintained. In the hygienic services extractor must be kept always on.

The cashier station can be equipped with physical barriers (eg screens). Alternatively, staff must wear a mask and have hand sanitizing gel available. In any case, favor electronic payment methods, possibly at the table.

Customers should wear the mask whenever they are not sitting at the table.At the end of each table service, all the usual disinfection measures of surfaces must be provided, avoiding as much as possible reusable tools and containers, such as salt, oil cruets, etc…if not sanitized. Speaking about menu, favor consulting online menu on each one’s phone, or prepare plastic menus, disinfectable after every use, or single-use paper menu.

Ceremonies

In compliance with the above general measures and the protocols adopted for the performance of religious and civil rites, the following additional indications constitute specific addresses for banquets in the context of ceremonies (e.g.weddings) and similar events (e.g. conferences).

Prepare adequate information on the prevention measures to be respected during the event.

Maintain the list of participants for a period of 14 days.

Rearrange the spaces, to ensure access to the event venue in order to avoid gatherings of people and ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of separation between guests. If possible, organize separate routes for entry and exit.

The tables must be arranged so as to ensure that at least 1 meter of separation is maintained between guests, with the exception of people who are not subject to interpersonal distancing according to the provisions in force. This last aspect pertains to individual responsibility.

Where possible, give preference to the use of outdoor spaces (e.g. gardens, terraces), always respecting the spacing of at least 1 meter.

Ensure adequate cleaning and disinfection of internal environments and any equipment before each use.

Guests must wear the mask indoors (when not sitting at the table) and in the outdoor environments (whenever the distance of at least 1 meter cannot be respected). The staff in contact with guests must use the mask and must carry out frequent hand hygiene with sanitizing products.

For any musical performances by professionals, please refer to the specific indications. In any case, activities and aggregation opportunities that do not allow the maintaining the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter must be avoided.

Accommodation facilities - general information

These indications apply to any accomodation facility (hotel, b&b, holiday apartments, residences, camping, alpine refuges, farm accommodations, ecc). These indications must also be integrated, according to the specific context, with those relating to catering, bathing, swimming pools, gyms, spa facilities and wellness centers.

The following general indications are valid for all accommodations; any specific addresses are shown in the respective sections.

Prepare adequate information on prevention measures, also understandable for other customers’ nationality, both through the use of specific signs and / or audio-video systems, and by resorting to staff in charge of monitoring and promoting compliance with the prevention measures.

The body temperature may be detected, preventing access in case of a temperature> 37.5 ° C.

The interpersonal safety distance for the prevention of infection by COVID-19 is 1 meter. Where possible, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1.8 meters. Interpersonal distancing does not apply to members of the same family group or partners, nor to people who occupy the same room or the same room for the overnight stay, neither to people but to bed to the current provisions they are not subject to interpersonal distancing (this last aspect pertains to the individual responsibility).

Ensure compliance with the interpersonal distance of at least one meter in all common areas and provide different paths within the structures, with particular attention to entrance and exit areas. In this regard, it is suggested to post signs and / or to delimit spaces (for example, with stickers to be attached to the floor, little balls, path markers, etc.).

Reception desk and cashier station can be equipped with physical barriers (eg screens), alternatively, staff must wear the mask in all occasions of contact with users.  In any case, favor electronic payment methods and online booking, with automated check-in and check-out systems where possible. It is mandatory to provide recognition of the guest, before make the communication to the public security authority.

Keep the list of guests for a period of 14 days: this obligation is considered fulfilled with the notification to the public security authority. In case of use by the lodged subjects of services accessories (e.g. swimming pool, restaurant, spa, etc.) it is not necessary to repeat the registration.

The receptionist must clean the work surface and the equipment used at the end of each shift rotation.

Indoor guests (older than 6 years) must always wear a mask. In outdoor common areas, the mask must be worn when the distance of at least 1 meter cannot be respected, while employees are required to use the mask always when in the presence of customers and in any event in which it is not possible to guarantee the interpersonal distance of at least one meter.

Guarantee a wide availability and accessibility to hand hygiene systems with hydro-alcoholic solutions in various locations within the structure, promoting frequent use by customers and employees.Eliminate availability of magazines and informative brochures.

Every object provided by the facility to the guest must be disinfected before and after each use.

The use of lifts must allow respect for interpersonal distance, even with the mask, providing for exceptions in case of members of the same family, cohabitants and people who occupy the same room, and for people who according to current provisions are not subject to interpersonal distancing (this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility).

Ensure frequent cleaning and disinfection of all rooms and spaces, with particular attention to common areas and to the surfaces most frequently touched (handrails, light switches, lift buttons, door and window handles, etc.).

Inhibit access to highly hot-humid environments (e.g. Turkish bath) and sauna. Access may be allowed to these structures only if included as a service in the guest rooms or by booking with exclusive use, provided that ventilation, cleaning and disinfection is guaranteed before each further use.

Accommodation facilities - Villages and campings

In accordance with the national provisions, the minimum interpersonal distance shall be at least one meter, recommending, however, for a better protection of one’s own health and of the community, in the presence of more people, to adopt an interpersonal distance of at least 1,8 meters.

For sports activities the interpersonal distance to maintain is at least 2 meters, in accordance with national provisions.

Using the mask is mandatory, in enclosed public spaces in the presence of more people, and in open spaces, in case it is not possible to maintain interpersonal distance.

Children under the age of six, persons with forms of disability that are not compatible with the continuous use of the mask and persons who take care of them, are obliged to maintain the interpersonal distance indicated, but are not obliged to wear masks.

People living together are not obliged to maintain interpersonal distance and use masks.

Persons belonging to the same group, occupying the same tents, caravans, camper or other autonomous and mobile means of accommodation, are not obliged to maintain interpersonal distance and to use masks.

Where necessary, in order to ensure interpersonal spacing, separation devices must be installed in order to delimitate the different areas of activity.

At reception, where possible, it is recommended to place separation panels between workers and users; staff must wear masks and gloves or have at disposal hand sanitizer gel, as far as they can come in contact with money, electronic cards or personal documents. Electronic payment shall be encouraged, avoiding as far as possible contact with money or banknotes.

Remote, on-line or app check-in operations should be encouraged.

The number of persons present at the same time on the premises and in common areas shall be limited, so as to ensure the maintenance of interpersonal distance, also by positioning adequate signs to delimit spaces and indicate the paths.

Adopt, if possible, separate entry/exit routes, or alternatively adopt arrangements to limit contacts in the entry/exit areas.

Any person who accesses the structure, whether a worker, supplier or customer, may be subject to the measurement of body temperature, as determined by the operator, and in compliance with privacy regulations.

Frequent and thorough hand cleaning with water and soap or with sanitizing gel is recommended. At the entrance, in a visible point, must be available the hand sanitizer gel. Hand sanitizer gel dispensers should be placed in more points of the structure, for example at points of entry to premises, offices, common areas.

Suppliers’ access by must be organized in such a way as to avoid overlaps between deliveries/withdrawals, also by expanding, if possible, the delivery/withdrawal time slots. Limit as far as possible movements of external suppliers within the structure, defining appropriate and clear entry, transit and exit procedures.

Pitches

The manager will take care of guarantee the respect of the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter for persons not belonging to the same household.
The following minimum conditions must be provided:

  • Delimitation of the pitch by signs or physical boundaries;
  • Mobile accommodation for guests (e.g. tents, caravans, motorhomes) must be positioned within delimited pitches, so as to ensure compliance with distancing measures, however not less than 3 meters between the two entrances of the housing units, if frontal. The distance of at least 1.5 meters must be maintained even when using accessories (e.g. tables, chairs, sunbeds, deck chairs). It is possible to derogate from these distances in the presence of separation panels.
  • Recommendation to the occupants of the pitch to clean and disinfect both outdoor and internal furniture.

Cleaning and sanitising

Cleaning and disinfection are fundamental actions which, together with interpersonal distance, may prevent the spread of the virus.

The cleaning of the bungalow, mobile home, glamping tent or other structure installed by the manager, must be carried out in different ways, depending on whether it is already occupied by guests or intended for new guests. In the first case the room will be cleaned with normal cleaning operations provided by the accommodation. In the second case the room must be subjected to sanitization and disinfection, providing for the thorough cleaning of all surfaces that have come to contact with customers (bedside tables, desk, chairs, furnishings, remote control, minibar, wardrobes, drawers, etc. ), and in any case of all horizontal and vertical surfaces, and disinfecting with products
based on alcohol and sodium hypochlorite.

It is preferable that the intervention of maintainers/employees in bungalows, mobile homes, glamping tents or other facilities installed by the operator, is carried out in the absence of guests; where is not possible, all present must wear mask and must be guaranteed the interpersonal distance of at least one meter (recommended 1.8 m). Each object provided by the structure to the host, must be disinfected before and after each use.

Common bathrooms

Regarding common bathrooms, the following minimum requirements must be provided:

  • the operator shall ensure interpersonal distance of at least one meter (recommended 1,8 m);
  • perimeters are inserted where necessary together with an adequate separation of entrance and exit flows;
  • where separation panels are not present, interpersonal distance shall be ensured in the use of sinks and any other equipment;
  • cleaning and disinfection of spaces, enclosed rooms and areas in front of the bathrooms must be carried out regularly, ensuring adequate and constant air recycling and control of ventilation/ventilation systems.
  • cleaning of the common bathrooms must carried out at least twice a day. In case more than 70% of the pitches without toilets in the structure (therefore excluding mobile homes, bungalows and pitches with private facilities) were occupied, due to the higher turnout of guests, cleaning and disinfection will be carried out at least 3 times a day. The frequency of cleaning should however take into account the peculiarities of the structure, the number of guests using the bathrooms and the actual frequency of use. Cleaning operations shall be routinely recorded by the manager, in paper or computer format, with self-declaration.

Restaurants / bars / supermarkets / swimming pools

For all further activities within campsites and tourist villages, please refer to the specific guidelines.

Accommodation facilities - Alpine and hiking refuges

Whenever possible, the area outside the refuge must be demarcated, allowing for regulated access. In presence of tables and benches, it is necessary to insert a sign that recalls the hygiene rules and safety distances and provide separate routes that do not allow people to cross.

A hand sanitizer dispenser must be placed at the entrance.

The manager must invite guests to respect the social distance of at least 1 meter and to use protection masks. The distancing is not applied for families, cohabitants, people who share the same room, people who are not subject to the interpersonal distancing (this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility).

It is mandatory to use disposable tablecloths / placemats and to disinfect the table and seats before reusing them.

Only table service or take away is allowed. Purchase at the counter is not allowed

Part of the outdoor seating is reserved for the restaurant.

In the outdoor areas, when there is a dedicated area for packed lunches, the same must be accessible with limitations. It is advisable, where possible, to provide external coverage with gazebos, tents, shelters, thus limiting excessive crowding at the entrance of the refuge.

Entry to the refuge is limited to the number of people expected and can only be accessed using protection masks.

Overnight stay and meal delivery can be provided preferably on reservation and in any case it’s compulsory to keep the list of guests for a period of 14 days.

Movements between the rooms of the refuge must take place only using safety devices. It is forbidden to move around the sleeping area of ​​the refuges with boots: guests must wear their own slippers.

In the event that the restaurant inside the refuge should be fully occupied, respecting the safety distances, the operator must prepare a sign to stop the access.

Thorough cleaning and disinfection will be carried out at least 2 times a day. Particular attention must be paid to the cleaning and disinfection of common toilets, showers and washbasins. In any case, they must be delivered, either

made available to customers, cleaning and disinfection kits for autonomous use prior to the use of the service.

A disinfectant gel dispenser must be provided at the entrance to each room.

The bed must include a mattress with a washable fabric mattress cover, a disposable set composed by mattress cover and disposable pillowcase, or possibly linen washable at 90 ° C. Remains however compulsory, the use of a personal sleeping bag.

If requested, it is possible to use disposable sheets, but they must be in addiction to the mattress cover and disposable pillowcase.

In rooms with beds intended for customers subject to compliance with the distance interpersonal, specific and more precautionary measures must be adopted: guarantee interpersonal distancing at least one meter, with a distance between beds of 1.5 meters.

Accommodation facilities - Youth hostels

Whenever possible, the area outside the hostel must be demarcated, allowing for regulated access. In presence of tables and benches, it is necessary to insert a sign that recalls the hygiene rules and safety distances and provide separate routes that do not allow people to cross.

A hand sanitizer dispenser must be placed at the entrance.

In the outdoor areas, when there is a dedicated area for packed lunches, the same must be accessible with limitations. It is advisable, where possible, to provide external coverage with gazebos, tents, shelters, thus limiting excessive crowding at the entrance of the hostel.

Overnight stay and meal delivery can be provided only on compulsory booking and in any case it’s mandatory to keep the list of guests for a period of 14 days.

Movements between the rooms of the hostel must take place only using safety devices. It is forbidden to move around the sleeping area of ​​the hostel with shoes: guests must wear their own slippers.

In the event that the catering area inside the hostel should be fully occupied, respecting the safety distances, the operator must prepare a sign to stop the access.

For the access to the facility’s toilets and showers, which must be cleaned several times a day, it is necessary to make hand hygiene products available.

The common structures (bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks), where present, must be managed to make possible to use them respecting the interpersonal distance of at least one meter and avoid gatherings.

Thorough cleaning and disinfection will be carried out at least 2 times a day. Particular attention must be paid to the cleaning and disinfection of common toilets, showers and washbasins. In any case, cleaning and disinfection kits for autonomous use they must be delivered, either made available to customers, prior to the use of the service.

Accommodation facilities - Short-term rent

In addition to compliance with the general indications for accomodations, the careful cleaning and disinfection of rooms, furnishings, utensils and, where provided, linen must be guaranteed upon guest change. In addition, to protect any people residing or staying in the same building where the short-term rental activity takes place, we also recommend the careful cleaning and disinfection of common areas (e.g. elevators, entrance halls, stairs, doors, etc.) the thorough cleaning and disinfection of common areas (e.g. elevators, entrance halls, stairs, doors, etc.).

Tour with tourist guides, alpine and environmental guides and tour leaders

In accordance with the national provisions, the minimum interpersonal distance shall be at least one meter, recommending, however, for a better protection of one’s own health and of the community, in the presence of more people, to adopt an interpersonal distance of at least 1,8 meters.

For activities in nature trails and mountains (hiking, climbing, trekking, etc…), the interpersonal distance to maintain is at least 2 meters, in analogy to what is expected for sports activities, in accordance with national provisions.

Using the mask is mandatory, in enclosed spaces in the presence of more people, and in open spaces, in case it is not possible to maintain interpersonal distance.

Children under the age of six, persons with forms of disability that are not compatible with the continuous use of the mask and persons who take care of them, are obliged to maintain the interpersonal distance indicated, but are not obliged to wear masks.

People living together are not obliged to maintain interpersonal distance and use masks.

The environmental and alpine guide must check in advance, during the inspection, that the route does not need physical contact with the participants to overcome any critical passages (fords, rough passages and the like).

It is necessary to limit the number of persons present at the same time in rooms and common areas, in order to ensure the maintenance of interpersonal distance.

Participants can be subjected to the measurement of body temperature, in compliance with privacy regulations.

Wash your hands with soap and water or alternatively with sanitizing gel at the beginning and end of any activity and whenever possible during the activity as well with gel or sanitizing spray.

Avoid as far as possible the exchange of materials between people during the activity; disinfect/sanitize all materials used before and after the activity, especially those that are given to participants; In particular, any audio guides or information media may be used only if properly disinfected before each new use.

Favor the use of personal devices for the fruition of information.

Possibly communicate in advance, on-line or by e-mail, to the participants the behaviors to hold and the indications for the mitigation of the risk from Covid-19.

Plan the activity, possibly by reservation, so as to always ensure the interpersonal distance according to the number of participants and the space to be used.

Beach resorts

These indications apply to beach resorts and equipped beaches.

Provide for adequate information on prevention measures, understandable also for customers of other nationalities. In this regard, it is promoted the accompaniment to the umbrella by suitably prepared staff (beach steward) who illustrates to customers the prevention measures to be respected.

It is necessary to make sanitizing products available to customers and staff at several points in the resort

Privilege access to resort by booking and keep the visitor list for a period of 14 days.

Body temperature may be detected, preventing access in case of a temperature> 37.5 ° C.

The interpersonal safety distance for the prevention of infection by COVID-19 is 1 meter. Where possible, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1.8 meters.

Reorganize the spaces, to ensure access to the resort in order to avoid gatherings of people and to ensure that at least 1 meter of separation between visitors is maintained, with the exception of people who, according to current provisions, are not subject to interpersonal distancing; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility. If possible, organize separate routes for entry and exit.

Encourage, as far as possible, the extension of the shade areas to prevent gatherings, especially during the hottest hours.

In order to contain the number of presences at bars and restaurants is allowed the consumption of food and drinks in the shade areas and umbrellas, ensuring however the respect of the hygienic norms – sanitary and the interpersonal distancing.

Ensure a spacing between the umbrellas (or other shading systems) in order to guarantee a surface of at least 10 m2 for each umbrella, regardless of how the beach is set up (for horizontal or rhombus rows).

A distance of at least 1.5 meters must be guaranteed between beach equipment (sunbeds, deck chairs), when not positioned in the umbrella position.

Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas (changing rooms, cabins, showers, toilets, etc.) must be however ensured after the resort is closed.

Equipment such as sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas etc. they must be disinfected at every change of person or family. In any case, sanitation must be guaranteed at the end of the day.

The cleaning of the cabins must be carried out in different ways, depending on whether it is already occupied by guests or intended for new guests. In the first case the cabin will be cleaned with the normal cleaning operations planned. In the second case the cab must be under-post to sanitization and disinfection, providing for the cleaning of all surfaces that are come into contact with customers, and in any case of all horizontal and vertical surfaces, and disinfecting with alcohol and sodium hypochlorite products.

The cleaning of the common bathrooms must carried out at least twice a day. In the case more than 70% of the umbrellas were occupied, due to the higher turnout of guests, cleaning and disinfection will be carried out at least 3 times a day. The frequency of cleaning should however take into account the peculiarities of
the structure, the number of guests using the bathrooms and the actual frequency of use. Cleaning operations shall be routinely recorded by the manager, in paper or computer format, with self-declaration.

The practice of group recreational and sporting activities that may give rise to gatherings is prohibited.

For children playgrounds, please refer to the specific provisions.

Individual sports that usually take place on the beach (e.g. rackets) or in the water (e.g. swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing) can be practiced regularly, in compliance with interpersonal distancing measures. Otherwise, for team sports (e.g. beach volleyball, beach soccer) it will be necessary to respect the provisions of the competent local insitutions.

Free beaches

These instructions apply to free beaches.

Visitors should adopt behaviors consistent with prevention measures and respect national and regional rules and directives aimed at mitigate Covid-19 risk.

It is underlined the importance of individual responsibility and of being constantly informed.

The interpersonal safety distance for the prevention of infection by COVID-19 is 1 meter. Where possible, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1.8 meters.

Visitors must be equipped with personal protective masks and use them in any situation in which it’s not possible to maintain interpersonal distance.

It will be responsibility of the visitors the frequent cleaning of the hands and of their equipment for the beach.

Municipalities must provide adequate information on preventive measures. At the access points to free beaches must be posted signs with instructions in Italian and English, clearly and synthetically reporting the main guide lines to follow both on the beach and in the water. Municipalities may use additional information tools in the most appropriate forms.

On the beaches and in the sea must be scrupulously observed the rules concerning the prohibition of assembly and the maintaining of the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter (recommended 1,8 mt). Interpersonal distances may be derogated for those who, according to national and regional provisions, are not subject to interpersonal distance (cohabiting, etc.). Parents/escorts of minors must ensure that minors maintain interpersonal distance from persons not covered by the above exceptions.

It must be ensured a distance of 4 meters between umbrellas or other shading systems. Beach facilities (sunbeds, chairs, deck-chairs, etc.) must be at a distance of at least 1.5 m. These distances are not mandatory for those who, according to the national and regional regulations, are not subject to interpersonal distance (cohabiting, etc.)

The practice of group recreational and sporting activities that may give rise to gatherings is prohibited.

Individual sports that usually take place on the beach (e.g. rackets) or in the water (e.g. swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing) can be practiced regularly, in compliance with interpersonal distancing measures. Otherwise, for team sports (e.g. beach volleyball, beach soccer) it will be necessary to respect the provisions of the competent local insitutions.

In order to ensure compliance with preventive measures and to ensure cleaning and disinfection of any services present the presence of a surveillance officer is recommended.

Pools

These indications apply to public swimming pools, swimming pools aimed at water games and for collective use, inserted in structures already used mainly for other accommodation activities (e.g. public businesses, agritourisms, camping, etc.). Swimming pools with special uses for treatment, rehabilitation and spa, and those powered by sea water are excluded.

Provide for adequate information on prevention measures. Visitors must strictly comply with the instructions given by the instructors and assistants to bathers. The manager will have to provide for appropriate signs, encouraging communication of messages through monitors and / or maxi-screens, to facilitate the management of flows and awareness of behavior, by means of adequate signs.

Body temperature may be detected, preventing access in the event of a temperature> 37.5 ° C.

The interpersonal safety distance for the prevention of infection by COVID-19 is 1 meter. Where possible, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1.8 meters.

It’s forbidden public access to stand seats, demonstrations, events, parties and entertainment.

Draft a program of activities as planned as possible, so as to dissuade any conditions of aggregations and to regulate the flows of waiting spaces and in other, to encourage compliance with the social distance of at least 1 meter, with the exception of people who, on the basis of the current provisions, are not subject to interpersonal distancing; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility. If possible, provide for divided routes for entry and exit.

Privilege access to the facilities by booking and keep the list of presences for a period of 14 days.

Organize the spaces and activities in the changing rooms and showers so as to ensure distances of at least 1 meter (for example, provide for alternate posts or separated by special barriers).

All clothes and personal items must be stored inside the personal bag, even if stored in the appropriate lockers; it is recommended not to allow promiscuous use of the lockers and to make available bags for storing personal belongings.

Provide the structure with hydroalcoholic solutions for the hygiene of the hands of the visitors / customers / guests in clearly visible points at the entrance, providing for the obligation to rub the hands already at the entrance. Also provide for dispensers in areas of frequent transit, in the solarium area or in strategic areas in order to encourage hand hygiene by visitors.

The crowding density in the swimming pool is calculated with an index of 7 m2 of water surface per person. For solarium and green areas, ensure a spacing between the umbrellas (or other shading systems) in order to guarantee a surface of at least 10 m2 for each umbrella; among the equipment (sunbeds, deck chairs), when not positioned in the umbrella position, a distance of at least 1.5 m must be guaranteed.The manager is therefore required, based on the areas available, to calculate and manage the attendance of visitors to the structure.

Regulate the disposition of the equipment (deck chairs, sunbed) through dedicated paths so as to guarantee the social distancing of at least 1.5 m between people who do not belong to the same family or cohabitants.

In order to ensure a level of protection from infection, guarantee the effectiveness of the water treatment chain and the limit of the free active chlorine parameter in the pool between 1.0 – 1.5 mg / l; combined chlorine ≤ 0.40 mg / l; pH 6.5 – 7.5. Please note that these limits must be strictly ensured in the presence of bathers. The frequency of on-the-spot checks of the above parameters is not less than two hours. All corrective measures must be taken promptly in case of non-compliance, as well as in case the value above mentioned should approach the table limit.

Before the opening of the pool, the suitability of the water for bathing must be confirmed with chemical and microbiological analysis of the parameters listed in table A of annex 1 to the State and Regions Agreement. AA. 16.01.2003, carried out by a specific laboratory. Laboratory analysis must be repeated throughout the opening of the swimming pool to the public on a monthly basis, except for different needs that may arise as consequence of events possibly occurred in the swimming pool.

Remember the usual hygienic safety rules in swimming pool water: before entering the pool water, make sure you have a thorough soapy shower over the whole body; the use of a swimming cap is mandatory; it is forbidden to spit, blow your nose, urinate in water; very young children must wear diapers.

Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas, changing rooms, cabins, showers, toilets, cabins, equipment (deckchairs, chairs, beds, including floating equipment, boats etc.).

Promote the exchange of air indoors. Due to the crowding and the residence time of the occupants, the systems must be verified in order to ensure the adequacy of external air flows according to current regulations. In any case, the crowding must be related to the actual external air flow rates. For air conditioning systems, it is mandatory, if technically possible, to totally exclude the air recirculation function. In any case, measures for the exchange of natural air must be further strengthened and / or through the system, and the cleanliness of the recirculating air filters to maintain the adequate filtration / removal levels must be guaranteed. If technically possible, the filtering capacity of the recirculation must be increased, by replacing the existing filters with higher class filters, ensuring that the flow rates are maintained. In the hygienic services extractor must be kept always on.

Equipment such as sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas etc. must be disinfected at every change of person or family. Otherwise, sanitation must be guaranteed at the end of the day. Avoid the promiscuous use of objects and linen: the user will have to access the swimming pool equipped with everything necessary.

The swimming pools aimed at water games must be converted into bathing pools. If the operator is able to meet the requirements in the terms and methods of this document, paying attention to the social distancing, the crowding indicator in the tank, the limits of the parameters in the water, torrent pools, toboggans, soft slides are allowed .

For swimming pools for collective use inserted in structures already used mainly for other accommodation activities (e.g. public businesses, agriturismo, camping, etc.), the provisions of this document apply, suitably modulated in relation to the context, the type of swimming pools, customer flow, other activities etc.

Parents/carers are recommended to take care in supervising children for compliance with the distance and hygiene-behavioral rules consistent with their degree of autonomy and their age.

Pools that do not allow compliance with the above indications for ineffectiveness of the treatments (e.g., inflatable pools), maintenance of the active chlorine disinfectant free, or distances, must be prohibited from use. Therefore we recommend particular rigorous monitoring of children’s pools.

All measures must be integrated into the self-control document in a special additional attachment dedicated to contrasting SARS-CoV-2 infection.

With regard to swimming pools powered by sea water, where provided, maintain the concentration of disinfectant in water, within the recommended limits and in compliance with international norms and standards, preferably within the upper limits of the flow rate. Alternatively, activate the physical treatments at the upper limits of the flow rate or maximum change of water in the tank based on the maximum flow rate of the collection.

Spas and wellness centers

These indications apply to the spa and wellness centers, also inserted within accommodation, and to the different activities (collective and individual) practicable in such structures like: e.g. mud therapy, massage therapy, sauna, steam bath and to different kind of health treatments.

Before the reopening of the centres, it is necessary to carry out adequate works of prevention and control of the risk of contamination of the water system (e.g. contamination by Legionella).

These indications should be implemented, depending on the specific context, with those relating to swimming pools, to accommodation facilities and services to the person.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Ensure that visitors are adequately informed and made aware of the hygienic and behavioral measures needed to contain the transmission of COVID-19, including by appealing to a sense of individual responsibility, and involving, if present, the Health Director. The messages must be comprehensible to possible users of other nationalities and can be conveyed through appropriate signs and posters, information, promotion and reinforcement of compliance with hygiene measures by staff.

Body temperature may be detected, preventing access in the event of a temperature> 37.5 ° C.

Eliminate the availability of magazines and information materials that may be used promiscuously.

The station dedicated to the cash desk and reception can be equipped with physical barriers (e.g. screens); alternately the staff must wear the mask and have hydro-alcoholic solution for the hygiene of the hands. Encourage electronic payment methods, which may be at the time of booking. Where possible, staff members, at the end of each shift, must clean the desk and the equipment for check-in and check-out.

Guests should always wear the mask in the common areas indoors, while the staff must wear it always in presence of customers and in every circumstance in which it is not possible guarantee the interpersonal distance of at least one meter.

Organize the spaces and activities in the changing rooms and showers so as to ensure distances of at least 1 meter (for example, provide for alternate posts or separated by special barriers). Arrange the equipment (deck chairs, cot) through dedicated routes so as to ensure a distance of at least 1.5 meters between the equipment and encourage at least 1 meter of interpersonal distance between persons who do not belong to the same household or cohabitation. Equipment should be disinfected at each change of person or household. In any case, disinfection must be guaranteed at the end of each day.

Avoid the use of promiscuous items and linen: the visitor will have to access the service equipped with everything needed, preferably provided by the structure itself. For all activities always provide for the use of personal towel.

It shall be guaranteed the greatest possible spacing between solarium umbrellas, in compliance with the minimum distance limit between umbrellas in the same row and between rows that guarantees a minimum umbrella surface of 10 m2 per stake. In case of use of other systems shading, shall be guaranteed equivalent spacing.

Remember the usual hygienic safety rules in swimming pool water and wellness centers: before entering t, make sure you have a thorough soapy shower over the whole body.

PERSONAL TREATMENTS (e.g. mud-balneotherapy, massage therapy)

The operator and the customer must wear a mask for the whole time in which, for the performance of the service, they can’t maintain the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter. In particulare for services that require a close distance, the operator must wear the protective visor and mask FFP2 without valve.

The operator must carry out frequent hand hygiene and in any case always before and after each service; for each service must use gowns / aprons possibly disposable. For each treatment the operator must wear new gloves.

It is allowed to practice massages without gloves, provided that the operator before and after each client proceeds with the washing and disinfection of the hands and forearm and in any case, during the massage, he/she never touches his/her face, nose, mouth and eyes. This recommendation also applies when disposable gloves are used.

For all personal treatments and in any case for mud therapy, the use of disposable towels is recommended. Sunbeds, surfaces and any non-disposable objects, must be cleaned and disinfected at the end of the treatment.

The room / environment used for the treatment must be for single use or in any case for the family or cohabitants who access the service (with the exception of inhalation treatments, referred to in the following points). The rooms for collective use must in any case be of a size such as to guarantee the constant maintenance of the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between customers and staff during all activities provided.

Between one treatment and the other, ventilate the rooms, ensure cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and environments, with particular attention to those touched more frequently (e.g. handles, switches, handrails, etc).

The customer must use an airway protection mask during the treatment (except in the shower and if mud is applied to the face) and ensure proper hand hygiene before access and at the end of the treatment.

THERMAL POOLS

Provide a regulation of the accesses to swimming pools with particular attention to indoor and enclosed spaces. Where possible, provide for obligatory routes of access and exit from swimming pools and green areas in order to the distancing.

The crowding density in the tank is calculated with an index of 7 square meters of water per person for swimming pools where the size and rules of the system allow swimming; if the swimming activity is not allowed, simply calculate an index of 4 square meters of water per person. The manager is therefore required, according the room available, to calculate and manage the number of visitors.

Favor outdoor swimming pools for collective activities (e.g. water aerobics, water aerobics) and limit the use of indoor spaces. During collective activities, limit the number of participants in order to ensure the interpersonal spacing of at least 2 meters, with particular attention to those that require a more intense physical activity. In the indoor spaces, wait at least 1 hour between a collective activity and the following, adequately ventilating the room.

The pools or jacuzzi areas that cannot respect the water surfaces per person, as indicated above, must be used by a single swimmer, except for members of the same family or cohabitants, people occupying the same room or who are not subject to interpersonal distancing according to the current provisions. This last aspect pertains to individual responsibility.

Where provided, maintain the concentration of disinfectant in the water, within the recommended limits and in compliance with the international norms and standards, preferably within the upper limits of the range.

WELLNESS CENTERS

Regulate the accesses in order to maintain the interpersonal spacing of at least 2 meters in all closed spaces, except for members of the same family, cohabitants, people who occupy the same camera or who according to the provisions not subject to distancing interpersonal. This last aspect pertains to individual responsibility.

Inhibit access to highly hot and humid environments (is. Turkish bath) and sauna. Access to these facilities may be authorized only as an exclusive service for guest rooms.

For customers, the use of the mask is mandatory in the indoor waiting areas and in any case according to the indications given.

Congresses and great trade fair events

These indications apply to: conferences, congresses, major trade fairs, company conventions and similar events. These indications must be integrated, according to the specific context, with those relating to catering (with particular reference to buffets).

The maximum number of participants in the event must be assessed by the organizers according to the capacity of the spaces identified, in order to reduce crowding and ensure interpersonal distancing.

Rearrange the spaces, to ensure access in order to avoid gatherings of people and ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of separation between visitors, with the exception of people who according to the current provisions are not subject to interpersonal distancing. This aspect pertains to the individual responsibility. If possible, organize separate routes for entry and exit.

Prepare adequate information on prevention measures, also understandable for other customers’ nationality, both through the use of specific signs and / or audio-video systems, and by resorting to staff in charge of monitoring and promoting compliance with the prevention measures.

Promote the use of digital technologies in order to automate all the steps for organizing and participating (e.g. system booking, payment of tickets, compilation of forms, printing of recognition systems, registration of entrances, carrying out of evaluation and approval tests, delivery of participation certificates). In order to avoid predictable gatherings, and in respect of privacy, keep an attendance register for the duration of 14 days. Where not already equipped with physical barriers (e.g. screens), the station dedicated to the secretariat and reception, should be properly prepared. Allow access only to registered visitors.

In wardrobes, clothing and personal items must be stored in special clothes bags.

It is necessary to make hand hygiene products available to visitors and staff in various points (e.g. ticket offices, halls, meeting rooms, toilets, etc.), and promote their frequent use.

In the conference rooms, ensure that the seating is occupied so as to favor the minimum spacing of at least 1 meter; this distance can only be reduced by using adequate physical barriers to prevent contagion by droplet. The speakers’ table and the podium for presentations will have to be reorganized in order to allow a safety distance for speakers / moderators to intervene without the use of the mask.

Devices and equipment available to speakers, moderators and listeners (e.g. microphones, keyboards, mice, pointers lasers, etc.) must be disinfected before initial use, by checking that they are disconnected from the electric connection. Subsequently, they must be protected from possible contamination by a transparent film for food or clinical use and possibly replace it after each use.

All listeners and assistance staff (e.g. staff dedicated to acceptance, technical staff, tutors in the classroom), given the prolonged sharing of the same environment, they will have to wear the mask for the entire duration of the activities and will have to frequently sanitize hands with cleaning solutions.

In the poster areas, rearrange the spaces in order to encourage respect for interpersonal distancing, evaluating to fix an access quota, and promote the remote use of materials by the participants. Any informative and scientific material may preferably be made available in self-service displays (which the visitor accesses after hand hygiene) or by using digital systems.

In the exhibition areas, reorganize the spaces between exhibitors in order to promote respect for the interpersonal distancing, evaluating to individual stands. Any informative or promotional material or gadget may be made preferably available in self-service displays (which the visitor accesses after hand hygiene) or by using digital systems.

Museums, archives and libraries

These indications apply to local boards and public and private subjects who own museums, archives and libraries.

Provide for adequate information on all prevention measures to be adopted.

Define a specific access plan for visitors (opening days, times, maximum number of visitors, booking system, etc.) which must be displayed and in any case widely communicated (e.g. social channels, website, press releases).

The body temperature may be detected, preventing access in case of a temperature> 37.5 ° C.

Visitors (older than 6 years) must always wear a mask.

The interpersonal safety distance for the prevention of infection by COVID-19 is 1 meter. Where possible, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1.8 meters.

The staff must always wear a protection mask when in the presence of visitors and in any case when it is not possible to guarantee an interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter.

At the entrance, where possible, the contact area between staff and visitors, can be delimited by adequate physical barriers to prevent contagion by droplets.

In all rooms make available hydro-alcoholic solutions for hand hygiene.

Draft a planned access program (eg with online or telephone booking) that provides for the maximum number of visitors present and regulate the access in order to avoid conditions of assembly and aggregation.

When appropriate, prepare path and highlight areas, possibly with signs on the floor, to favor interpersonal distancing and provide for a separation between entrance and exit.

Ensure adequate cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and environments, with particular attention to those touched more frequently (e.g. handles, switches, handrails, etc.). Ensure regular cleaning and disinfection of the toilets. The cleaning of spaces where cultural heritage is exposed, preserved or stored must be guaranteed with suitable procedures and products.

Promote the regular and frequent exchange of air indoors and totally exclude the air recirculation function for air conditioning systems.

The use of lifts, where possible, should be limited and reserved for people with disabilities.

Regulate the use of any deposit and wardrobe.

Any audio guides or information media may be used only if properly disinfected at the end of each use. Encourage the use of personal devices.

Cafeterias and restaurants inside the museums must follow the general rules for this type of business.

In bookshops it is recommended to include the obligation to use disposable gloves.

Any eventual activity must take into account the rules of social distancing and it is suggested to organize it with small groups, previously planned and favoring open spaces.

As regards the treatment of documentary and book collections, since they cannot be subjected to disinfection procedures, they must be store in isolation after their use.

Theme and amusement parks

These guidelines apply to permanent amusement parks, theme parks, water parks, adventure parks, and other possible entertainment contexts in which an interactive role of the user with equipment and spaces

In accordance with the national provisions, the minimum interpersonal distance shall be at least one meter, recommending, however, for a better protection of one’s own health and of the community, in the presence of more people, to adopt an interpersonal distance of at least 1,8 meters.

For sports activities the interpersonal distance to maintain is at least 2 meters, in accordance with national provisions.

Using the mask is mandatory, in enclosed public spaces in the presence of more people, and in open spaces, in case it is not possible to maintain interpersonal distance. This provision does not apply during water activities in the pools or on water attractions.

Children under the age of six, persons with forms of disability that are not compatible with the continuous use of the mask and persons who take care of them, are obliged to maintain the interpersonal distance indicated, but are not obliged to wear masks.

People living together are not obliged to maintain interpersonal distance and use masks.

Provide adequate information on prevention measures, also understandable to customers of other nationalities, either by means of appropriate signs and by means of audio, video and staff in charge of monitoring and promoting compliance with prevention measures, also by reference to the sense of responsibility of the visitor himself.

Ensure a reservation system, payment tickets and compilation of forms preferably online, in order to avoid gatherings, and maintain, if possible, an attendance register and in any case the list with the names of at least one person for group, for a duration of 14 days.

Implement management and organizational measures to reduce gatherings and ensure interpersonal distance (for example, early opening of the ticket office).

Where the box is not equipped with physical barriers (e.g. fences), the station must be adapted if necessary. The staff must wear masks and gloves or have at their disposal hand sanitizer gel, coming into contact with money or electronic papers, documents, documentation. Provide mandatory routes of access and exit from areas/ attractions and, where possible, change the turnstiles or bars in order to allow the opening without the use of hands.

Anyone who accesses the structure, whether worker, supplier or customer, may be subjected to the measurement of body temperature, in compliance with privacy legislation. Access to the facility will not be allowed in case of body temperature higher than 37, 5 or in the presence of other flu symptoms.

It is necessary to make hand hygiene products available to visitors and staff at the entrance of the structure and in several points of the areas, providing the obligation to use by visitors prior to access and exit of each area, attraction, ticket office, toilets, etc. For water parks are confirmed the hygienic and sanitary provisions already existing for swimming pools.

Reorganize spaces in order to ensure access without gatherings of people (including in the queues of access to individual areas/attractions) and ensure that at least 1 meter of separation (recommended 1,8 m) between visitors is maintained, with the exception of members of the same household or cohabiting or for persons not subject to interpersonal distancing according to the current provisions. Whenever physical activity is practiced (e.g. in adventure parks) interpersonal distance during the activity must be at least 2 meters.

Ensure the minimum distancing of at least 1 meter (recommended 1,8 m) while sitting on the attractions, except for households. With particular reference to water park equipment, use single rubber boats/floats where possible; for multiple boats allow the use only to members of the same family or to cohabiting partners.

Ensure regular and frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas, changing rooms, cabins, showers, toilets, and attractions etc., together with disinfection after closing to the public. The cleaning operations must normally be recorded by the operator, in paper or computer format, with self-declaration.

Equipment (e.g. sunbeds, deck chairs, inflatables, wetsuits, audioguides, etc.) and lockers must be disinfected at each change of person or household, and in any case at the end of the day.

With particular reference to adventure parks, the general guidelines are applied according to the legal provisions on sports facilities. Before wearing safety equipment (straps, helmets, etc.), the customer must thoroughly disinfect the hands. The safety harnesses should be worn avoiding direct contact with the skin, therefore the customer must wear suitable clothing. Particular attention should be paid to cleaning and disinfection of protective helmets: after each use and before being making it available for a new rental, the helmet must be subject to cleaning (with neutral soap and rinsing)  and subsequent disinfection with PT1 disinfectant suitable for skin contact (0.05% sodium hypochlorite or alcohol-based products are indicated 70% ethyl). The disinfectant must be left to act for a period of at least 10 minutes

For catering, merchandising/souvenirs, bookshop, for any shows as well as for swimming pools and solarium areas, please refer to the specific guidelines.

Children playgrounds

Invite staff and parents to self-monitor their family and their own health conditions, and inform them about the behaviors to be adopted in case of appearance of suspicious symptoms for COVID-19.

For children and young people, hygienic and behavioral measures must be promoted in a playful way, compatible with age and with their degree of autonomy and awareness.

Reorganize the spaces to ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of separation between users, with the exception of the members of the same household or people cohabiting or in the case of persons who are not subject to interpersonal distance, according to present provisions. This last aspect pertains to individual responsibility. In the presence of minors who need accompanying to allow access to only one carer per child. If possible organize separate routes for entry and exit.

The airway protection mask must be used by parents, carers and possibly staff, and from by and young people over 6 years of age. Privilege masks colored and/ or with prints.

Provide suitable hydroalcoholic solution dispensers for frequent hand hygiene in all areas, particularly at entry and exit points. This measure is not mandatory for playgrounds in public parks.

Ensure a thorough daily cleaning of the rooms with neutral detergent. The more touched surfaces should be regularly disinfected at least once a day.

 

GAMES ROOM

Reorganize the spaces and the equipment to ensure access in order to avoid gatherings of people and ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of separation between users, with the exception of people who, according to current regulations, are not subject to distancing interpersonal; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility. The manager is required, based on the areas available, to calculate and manage customer revenue in all the areas (including those for distributing drinks and / or snacks, etc.) to avoid gatherings, as indicated above.

After every single use, it is necessary to ensure cleaning and disinfection of the surfaces of the toys in contact with the hands (push-button panels, handles, etc.).

Equipment that cannot be cleaned and disinfected must not be used. They also cannot collective games where it is not possible to guarantee interpersonal distancing of at least 1 meter

Promote the exchange of air indoors. Due to the crowding and the residence time of the occupants, the systems must be verified in order to ensure the adequacy of external air flows according to current regulations. In any case, the crowding must be related to the actual external air flow rates. For air conditioning systems, it is mandatory, if technically possible, to totally exclude the air recirculation function. In any case, measures for the exchange of natural air must be further strengthened and / or through the system, and the cleanliness of the recirculating air filters to maintain the adequate filtration / removal levels must be guaranteed. If technically possible, the filtering capacity of the recirculation must be increased, by replacing the existing filters with higher class filters, ensuring that the flow rates are maintained. In the hygienic services extractor must be kept always on.

Retail

These guidelines apply to the retail sector.

Provide for adequate information on prevention measures.

Particularly for supermarkets and shopping centers, body temperature can be detected, preventing access in case of temperature> 37.5 ° C.

The interpersonal safety distance for the prevention of infection by COVID-19 is 1 meter. Where possible, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 1.8 meters.

Provide for access rules, based on the characteristics of the different stores, in order to avoid gatherings and ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of distance between customers.

Guarantee a wide availability and accessibility to hand hygiene systems with hydro-alcoholic solutions, promoting their frequent use by customers and staff.

In the case of clothing sale: single-use gloves must be available to customers in order allow them to choose the goods by touching them.

Customers (older than 6 years) must always wear a mask, as well as the staff on all occasions of interaction with the costumer.

The staff must carry out frequent hand hygiene with hydro-alcoholic solutions (before and after each service rendered to the customer).

Ensure the daily cleaning and disinfection of common areas.

Ensure adequate information and awareness of users on useful hygiene and behavioral measures to contain the transmission of SARS-CoV-2, also appealing to the sense of individual responsibility. The messages they must be comprehensible to users of another nationality and can be conveyed through specific signage, delivery of information brochures, promotion and reinforcement of compliance with hygiene measures from members of the staff.

Allow access to the service only by booking, through remote connection and dedicated app. Favor electronic payment methods.

The detection of body temperature prior the access to the commercial structure where the rental service takes place is recommended.

In offices / premises / outdoor areas, make available sanitizing products for users’ hand hygiene.

In offices / premises / outdoor areas, avoid gatherings of users by setting up guided routes to ensure the maintenance of at least 1 meter of distance between the staff and the user.

The use of protection masks is mandatory in all closed spaces accessible to the public and however on all occasions when it is not possible to continuously guarantee the maintenance of the distance of interpersonal safety, without prejudice to the exceptions provided for by current provisions (children under the age of 6 years, subjects with disabilities not compatible with the continuous use of the mask and subjects who interact with the aforementioned).

The workstations of the staff can be delimited by adequate physical barriers to prevent the contagion by droplet.

As regards the microclimate of the offices / premises, it is essential to guarantee adequate replacement conditions indoor air:

– ensure frequent maintenance / replacement of the incoming air filter packs (possibly even by adopting more efficient filter packs)

– with regard to heating / cooling systems that use heat pumps, fan coils or

convectors, if it is not possible to guarantee the correct air conditioning of the rooms by keeping them turning off the systems, clean according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer, with the system stopped, the recirculating air filters to maintain adequate filtration / removal levels.

Ensure the frequent cleaning of all rooms, with regular disinfection of the surfaces touched the most frequently (e.g. benches, work surfaces, support surfaces, handrails, light switches, buttons, handles, etc.).

 

TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE RENTAL

The operators ensure the cleaning of the vehicles hired before each new delivery, using disinfecting products for the most frequently touched surfaces (e.g. steering wheel, gear lever, display, knobs, buttons, dumbbells, etc.).

For the bike sharing and car sharing service, the hand hygiene of customers must be guaranteed.

 

RENTAL OF OTHER EQUIPMENT

All equipment must be cleaned and disinfected after each return by the user.

Pay particular attention to all surfaces that involve hand contact e.g. keyboards, handles, etc.) or that may be at risk of droplet contamination if the user has used the tool without mask.

If the rented instrument cannot be cleaned and disinfected without damaging it, the user must be informed that use is only possible when wearing disposable gloves and a mask.
